Our Story

A place built for people who notice the details.

Malory Guyony sits on High Street in Brookfield as a space where craft coffee and thoughtfully made cocktails share the same standard — nothing rushed, nothing compromised. We opened our doors to give this community a gathering place that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously.

By day, our barista team pulls specialty espresso drinks from carefully sourced beans. By night, the same counter becomes a cocktail bar where fresh ingredients and technique take center stage. The atmosphere stays the same: warm, unhurried, and genuinely welcoming.
